The Delagrea "A" Litter made their appearance Feb 10/08. The proud parents are our Onslow (BISS CH Rockymountain Shale CD DD) and Daisy (CH Taplacs Daisy CD). We do not have another litter planned for this year. Please check back with us in 2009.

Any dogs used in our breeding program, whether owned by us or not, will have been health tested. These health certifications can be verified by going to the Berner-Garde website or the OFA websites. Links to both these sites can be found on our "internet link section".

It is very important for health data to be compiled on all Bernese Mountain Dogs. This data is imperative for the future health of the breed and it helps breeders to make logical and smart breeding decisions in the future. All Delagrea puppy owners will be required to have hip and elbow xrays done on their pups after the age of 24 months. They will also be asked to have CERF (eye) exams done every year if possible. This requirement will be the same for companion and show/breeding prospect puppies. All the information with regards to the Delagrea Bernese Mountain Dogs will be entered in the Berner Garde Data base in a timely fashion.

All of our puppies will be registered with the CKC on a non-breeding contract. They may be registered with the AKC if the new owner so chooses. We will not ship our puppies.

All of our puppies produced will be evaluated for structure and temperament by an experienced, outside party. This evaluation will help us determine what type of home is best suited for each puppy.
